At the start of 2023, good news has been pouring in. Recently, Sensor Nobleman has been granted two new invention patents: a Japanese invention patent for “Torque Sensor Lever Structure and Torque Sensor” (7191404), and a Chinese national invention patent for “A Nanofilm Composite Strain Sensor, Its Preparation Method, and Applications” (ZL 2022 1 12399962). Both invention patents represent core technologies in Sensor Nobleman design and manufacturing of nanofilm sensors.
For many years, Sensor Nobleman has regarded torque sensors as a key area for the development of its corporate products, focusing on the robotics industry and catering specifically to cutting-edge demands in this sector. The company has continuously invested heavily in the design and manufacturing of torque sensors, achieving remarkable results.
In fact, empowered by intelligent technologies, the traditional robotics industry has entered a period of rapid transformation, and intelligent robots have become the general trend. Recently, seventeen departments—including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Education, and the Ministry of Public Security—issued the “Implementation Plan for the ‘Robotics Plus’ Application Initiative,” which sets forth the goal of doubling the robot density in manufacturing by 2025 compared to 2020, significantly enhancing both the depth and breadth of applications in the service robot and special-purpose robot sectors, and markedly strengthening robots’ ability to drive high-quality economic and social development. We believe that in the future, intelligent robots will increasingly penetrate a growing number of specialized vertical markets, leaving factories behind and entering countless households.
Moreover, Sensor Nobleman has innovatively applied nanofilm technology to torque sensors, overcoming several key technical challenges and raising the overall accuracy of this nanofilm torque sensor to 0.05% of full scale (FS). This high-precision torque sensor provides a reliable foundation for precise force control in intelligent robots, significantly enhancing their operational accuracy, safety, and compliance. It offers strong support and assurance for the vigorous development of high-precision intelligent robots.
The two invention patents recently authorized are the culmination of the Sensor Nobleman R&D team’s professional expertise and industry experience, and also reflect the company’s core competitiveness. They will not only play a positive role in the company’s future product upgrades, technological innovations, and quality enhancements, but also make significant contributions to bolstering the company’s overall strength and addressing China’s “bottleneck” challenges in high-performance sensors. |
