Rubberized synthetic fiber

In process manufacturing industries such as rubber and synthetic fibers, the continuity of the production process and the stability of process parameters directly determine the quality, consistency, and production costs of the final products. Pressure measurement, as a core method for process control and safety monitoring, is integral to critical operations including polymerization, spinning, extrusion, and vulcanization. However, this field is characterized by harsh operating conditions—such as high temperatures, highly viscous media prone to coking and fouling, and corrosive chemical environments—where conventional sensors often face significant challenges. These challenges include easy blockage of diaphragm structures, insufficient material corrosion resistance, and substantial accuracy drift at high temperatures, making them weak links that can compromise production continuity, product yield, and equipment safety.
In response to the challenges outlined above, Sunno Alliance has launched a series of high-end solutions based on nanofilm sensing technology.
Nano-thin-film rigid-diaphragm pressure transmitter: Featuring a robust, flat-diaphragm design with no pressure-tapping holes and no weld seams, this transmitter thoroughly addresses the industry’s longstanding pain point of condensation and blockage at the sensing interface caused by high-viscosity melts, polymer slurries, and other media. Its surface is easy to clean, significantly reducing maintenance frequency and downtime due to failures. It is particularly well-suited for critical measurement points such as melt pipelines, reaction vessels, and extruders.
High-Temperature Pressure Sensor with Nanofilm: Utilizing a specialized high-temperature alloy and a high-temperature-resistant insulation material system, coupled with an optimized temperature-compensation algorithm, this sensor maintains exceptional measurement accuracy and long-term stability even in sustained high-temperature environments above 400℃—and potentially higher. It meets the precise control requirements of applications such as thermal fluid systems and high-temperature reactors.
Thanks to their exceptional chemical corrosion resistance, extremely high overload capacity, and outstanding vibration resistance, our products offer a stable, reliable, and maintenance-free measurement solution for the rubber and synthetic fiber industries, helping customers optimize processes, enhance quality, and ensure safe production.
