Core technology

Nano-film technology is a collective term for a series of technologies independently developed by Sensor Nobleman for the manufacture of high-performance, domestically produced sensors. These technologies include specialized metallic elastomer technology, novel sensitive material technology, and vacuum atomic thin-film deposition technology, among others.

Sensors manufactured using Sensor Nobleman nanofilm technology achieve atomic bonding between the sensing element and the elastomer, thereby resolving the instability and unreliability issues commonly encountered in conventional sensors—issues caused by zero-point drift resulting from force-induced slippage between the sensing element and the elastomer. These sensors also feature high accuracy, a wide operating temperature range, minimal temperature drift, high stability, high reliability, and excellent resistance to vibration, shock, and radiation, enabling them to operate stably over the long term in a variety of harsh environments.

Sensor Nobleman is equipped with advanced sensor manufacturing and testing equipment. Among these, the vacuum nano-film deposition system is a self-developed piece of equipment by Sensor Nobleman and serves as a key core device for the R&D and production of nano-film sensors at Sensor Nobleman. Sensor Nobleman also possesses a fully automated calibration system, a precision lithography system, a high- and low-temperature cyclic aging system, a precision laser resistance-adjusting system, a fully automated welding system, and a fatigue aging system—all of which are used for both production and inspection. While meeting the company’s own R&D and production needs for sensors, Sensor Nobleman also collaborates with numerous universities and research institutes on joint experiments and technological breakthroughs, significantly enhancing the company’s capabilities in the R&D and manufacturing of high-performance sensors and effectively accelerating the development of China’s sensor technology.
