The CYB-S410 series flat-diaphragm rotary union pressure transmitter is an upgraded, flat-diaphragm model specifically designed for applications that are extremely prone to clogging and crystallization, building upon the foundation of the standard model. It retains the convenience of rotary union connections, but its key advantage lies in its flat-diaphragm sensing interface, which comes into direct contact with the process medium, completely eliminating measurement dead zones and fundamentally preventing medium buildup or crystallization-induced blockages. This makes it the ultimate solution for ensuring long-term accuracy and stability of critical measurement points. Additionally, it supports HART communication, facilitating seamless system integration.
The CYB-S410 series flush-diaphragm pressure transmitters feature a flush-diaphragm interface design that is flush with the inner wall of the process piping, eliminating any dead zones and completely eliminating the risk of blockage—making them particularly well-suited for highly adhesive media such as slurries and polymers. The surface is smooth and easy to clean, and since there are no sealing elements like O-rings, these transmitters are unaffected by installation stresses, significantly reducing maintenance costs. While ensuring long-term, high-precision, and stable measurements, the product supports the HART communication protocol, enabling remote commissioning, diagnostics, and data management. The entire unit features an all-stainless steel welded-sealed construction, offering exceptional resistance to vibration, lightning strikes, and electromagnetic interference.
