Product Overview
The CYB-S220 series is a high-performance pressure transmitter based on a nano-thin-film pressure sensor, specifically designed for harsh marine environments such as those encountered on ships and naval vessels. This product is manufactured through multiple processes—including laser welding, fatigue testing, and high- and low-temperature aging—and is equipped with a pulse damper. It can withstand water hammer, cavitation, and peak pressure surges, exhibiting exceptional resistance to overload and impact. The transmitter can be directly installed on isolation test valves or connected via threaded fittings, offering flexible and reliable installation options.
The product employs a specialized stainless steel sensitive film technology, enabling an oil-free design with minimal temperature error and a wide operating temperature range. Its long-term drift is less than 0.1% FS per year. The pressure connection components are made of acid-resistant stainless steel and feature a corrosion-resistant surface treatment, effectively resisting the corrosive effects of high salt mist and high-humidity environments, and demonstrating excellent media compatibility. The integrated structure offers strong seismic resistance and allows pressure tapping from both the side and bottom surfaces, supporting compact installation. The product has passed intrinsically safe explosion-proof certification (ExiaIICT4Ga/ExiaIIBT5Ga) and exhibits excellent electromagnetic compatibility, delivering stable and reliable performance in marine and offshore engineering applications.
