Product Overview
The ST-200 series nano-film torque sensors employ novel sensing materials and advanced technologies such as vacuum atomic thin-film deposition. They directly deposit torque-strain film resistors onto elastic bodies, achieving atomic-level integration between the sensing element and the elastic body. This eliminates the instability and unreliability issues commonly encountered in conventional torque sensors—issues caused by zero-point drift resulting from force-induced slippage between the sensing element and the elastic body—and truly enables high-precision, highly reliable torque measurement.

● A patented technology featuring a new type of sensitive material, manufactured using internationally advanced ion-beam sputtering and micro-machining techniques.
● It is unaffected by creep, hysteresis, and aging defects introduced by conventional torque strain gauge bonding techniques, ensuring excellent long-term stability and reliable operation.
● Special structural design ensures high product sensitivity.
● High stability: After 1 million torque cycles, its drift is less than 0.1% FS per year.
