Product Overview
The S-WRX series high-temperature thermocouples feature electrodes made of high-purity precious metals, with a special material—highly resistant to high temperatures and possessing excellent thermal conductivity—deposited on the outer surface of the electrodes. This unique design provides outstanding protection for the electrodes against the effects of reducing and corrosive gases, thereby significantly extending the service life of the thermocouple wires. The outer sheath is constructed from premium heat-resistant stainless steel and high-density ceramic materials, enabling the thermocouple to withstand high-temperature shocks as well as exposure to reducing and corrosive gases. These products are widely used in industries and applications such as sulfur reaction furnaces, powder metallurgy, sintering furnaces, vacuum furnaces, glass manufacturing, iron and steel coal processing, and energy and environmental protection sectors.
