Product Overview
The CYB-S902 series is a high-performance, high-temperature and high-pressure pressure sensor designed for extreme operating conditions such as oil well logging. This product is based on Sunno-Mate’s independently developed nanofilm pressure sensing technology. Through the atomic-level bonding between the sensing element and elastomer, combined with precision manufacturing processes, it fundamentally addresses the stability issues caused by zero-point drift in conventional sensors. As a result, this sensor can deliver long-term, reliable measurements in downhole environments characterized by temperatures up to 200°C and pressures as high as 250 MPa.
This product features an innovative design that eliminates oil filling and isolation diaphragms, offering exceptional media compatibility and corrosion resistance. Its key advantage lies in its ultra-high stability under extreme operating conditions—having undergone rigorous testing, it maintains high accuracy and extremely low zero-point temperature drift even at elevated operating temperatures. The sensor also boasts outstanding vibration and shock resistance, with a compact and space-saving design, making it a highly reliable solution specifically tailored for the high-temperature and high-pressure environments of oil well logging.
