The company has achieved 100% independent R&D—from materials and equipment to processes—and has fully localized key auxiliary materials such as substrates and targets. Major equipment, including lithography machines, has also been custom-designed and manufactured domestically. The metal-based pressure sensor core developed by the company achieves atomic-level bonding between the sensing element and the elastomer, precisely converting pressure data into electrical signals. This technology is widely used in critical national sectors such as aerospace, nuclear energy and power generation, new energy, and semiconductors, successfully breaking the long-term technological monopoly held by companies from Europe, the U.S., and Japan. Currently, the company is planning and constructing a production line for metal-based pressure cores aimed at the automotive industry. Once fully operational, the line is expected to produce 10 million cores annually, with production standards aligned with Industry 4.0 benchmarks.
