The introduction of these new pieces of equipment will significantly improve our product quality, production efficiency, and detection accuracy, ensuring that our sensor products achieve industry-leading levels in performance indicators such as precision, stability, and reliability.

As you enter our production workshop, you’ll see that the new equipment has already been installed and, following adjustments by our technical staff, it’s now in full operational mode. Mr. Lin, head of the Production Department, said that the changes brought about by the new equipment are strikingly evident. For instance, previously, welding the core components required skilled workers with over a decade of experience to perform manually—this process was both labor-intensive and inefficient. Now, with the introduction of an automated welding machine equipped with a self-rotating laser head, continuous laser welding is possible, resulting in faster processing speeds and higher precision. This not only reduces reliance on manual labor and lowers labor costs but also significantly improves product quality.
Mr. Luo, head of the Quality Department, stated that the introduction of 3D optical imaging measurement equipment enables efficient inspection of the dimensional and geometric tolerances of various complex and precision components. This not only provides more accurate experimental data, helping the R&D team develop innovative products faster, but also significantly improves both the efficiency and accuracy of product inspections. By addressing quality issues at the source, we have further strengthened our product quality and enhanced the company’s competitive edge in the market.
