▊ Job Description
1. Organize the formulation and implementation of major decision-making and technical solutions for advanced mechanical sensor technologies, and develop strategies for sensor technology development and plans for guiding the direction of sensor technology advancement.
2. Develop and implement technical team work objectives and action plans;
3. Develop project plans and coordinate work, leading the technical team to complete project development.
4. Conduct research and development to tackle technical challenges and carry out preliminary studies.
5. Answer customers’ technical questions and provide technical support.
6. Team management, guidance on learning, and enhancement of the team’s technical capabilities.
▊ Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in electronics, automation, measurement and control, instrumentation, mechanical design, or related fields; a graduate degree is preferred.
2. More than 5 years of work experience in a related industry, with experience in project management and technical department management.
3. Able to read English literature and possesses strong learning ability;
4. Highly dedicated and responsible, with solid professional knowledge and a strong spirit of teamwork;
5. Candidates with experience in the sensor industry will be given priority consideration.
