▊ Job Description
1. Responsible for the technical planning of mechanical sensors such as pressure and torque sensors, custom development of new products, and preliminary research on new technologies.
2. Responsible for enhancing the overall performance of sensors, including optimizing sensor algorithms and compensation techniques.
3. Responsible for the overall product solution design, tackling technical challenges, and resolving core technological issues.
4. Responsible for resource allocation and overall work coordination; establishing management systems, processes, and frameworks for R&D projects; staying abreast of new technological developments in the industry and continuously enhancing the company’s technological innovation capabilities.
5. Responsible for the development and implementation of major technical solutions, ensuring overall schedule control, R&D investment management, and risk mitigation.
▊ Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above from a 985/211 university through the national unified enrollment system, majoring in Computer Science, Communications, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, with more than 5 years of experience in development and management roles.
2. Possess a deep understanding of mechanical sensors, be familiar with the fundamental principles of pressure or torque sensors, and have more than 3 years of development experience. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in sensor design and development or related IoT implementation.
3. Possesses a global perspective and strong capabilities in overall coordination and leadership, as well as robust execution and business-driving skills.
4. Highly dedicated and responsible, with solid professional knowledge and strong teamwork spirit;
5. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the design and development of differential pressure sensors.
